All merchandise
except air purifiers may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Air purifiers, whether rented or purchased,
may be returned any time within the minimum period of 90 days. In either case, a minimum rental charge of 3 months at $39.95 a month will be deducted from any refund. The 90 day period
is necessary, as allergy and asthma symptoms may go up and down from week
to week, and 90 days may be necessary to see the full benefit, that you get from
the air purifier.
Before
returning, customer must call Vitaire at 1-800-552-5533 to get an RMA number,
that is to be written on outside of box. Vitaire will arrange for UPS to pick
up the product, if customer so desires. There is a charge for this pick up, that
can be deducted from any refund.
Or
if desired, customer may ship the merchandise back to Vitaire at their own expense,
using either UPS or Fed-X, but not the US Post Office. In this case also, customer
must first call Vitaire to get an RMA number.All returns must have this RMA number on the outside of each box. All

The
RMA number is important, because without it, the box will not be accepted.
Warranty or other service is also handled by an RMA number. See above. |
